Dark Horse’s Witcher 3 line covers most of the cast at between $30 and $50 a figure. Buying all of them is $300 and about three feet of shelf. Most people want two or three, and the choice is harder than it looks.
The line, priced
| Figure | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Vesemir | $29.76 | Cheapest in the line |
| Triss Merigold | $33.27 | |
| Geralt, Heart of Stone | $36.36 | Expansion armour |
| Yennefer | $39.99 | |
| Ciri | $39.99 | |
| Geralt in the Bath | $47.60 | The joke one, and the best-selling |
| Geralt, Toussaint Tourney | $47.99 | Most ornate sculpt |
| Dark Horse Deluxe | $55.99 | Larger scale |
If you buy one
Geralt in the Bath. It is the one people pick up and ask about, it references the moment most players remember, and it reads as a piece of character rather than a pose. A single figure on a shelf is a decoration; this one is a conversation.
If you buy two
Geralt and Yennefer or Triss, depending on which way your playthrough went. Figures from the same line share a sculpting style and scale, so two from this set look deliberate in a way that two from different manufacturers never do.
If you are building the set
Buy Vesemir early rather than last. He is the cheapest and the most likely to go out of production, because supporting characters are made in smaller runs and not reprinted.
Practical notes
- Scale is consistent within the line but the Deluxe piece is larger. Mixing it in makes the others look undersized.
- Weapons are the fragile part. Geralt’s swords are thin PVC. Do not force them straight if they arrive with a slight bend — warm water relaxes the plastic, pressure snaps it.
- Keep them out of direct sun. Yennefer’s pale skin tone and Ciri’s white hair are the first things to yellow.
