We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it — whether that's a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
02Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, but it's always worth asking.
03Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging, seals, and any included extras intact. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
04Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, certain items can't be returned once opened — for example, sealed collectibles, limited or numbered editions, and gift cards. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
05How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply with return instructions and an address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
06Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
07Exchanges & Replacements
Want a different volume, edition, or item? Let us know and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows. If the item you received is the wrong one, the replacement ships on us.
08Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping you paid — at no cost to you.
09Sourced & Special-Order Items
Items sourced specifically at your request may have different return terms, which we'll always make clear before you confirm the order.
