02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
03Orders & Acceptance
An order placed on our store is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but a contract is formed only when we accept and ship your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or where we suspect fraud.
04Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider. If a price error is discovered, we will contact you before shipping.
05Sourcing & Special Requests
For items we source on request, we provide a quote that is valid for the period stated in the quote. Sourced items may carry different lead times and return terms, which we will make clear before you confirm. A request is not an order until you approve the quote.
06Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and layout — belongs to Astrozon or its licensors and is protected by law. Product names and franchise trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce our content without permission.
07Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it at scale, or to resell items in a way that violates our suppliers' terms.
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrozon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Astrozon is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
