Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across the continental United States. If you're outside that area, contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 2–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your address. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email a tracking link when your order ships, and it's also available in your account order history.
Products & Sourcing
Do you really sell complete sets?
That's our whole thing. If we list a series, you can get every volume in one order — no "volume 7 is out of stock."
What if you don't have the title I want?
Just ask. Tell us the title — even out-of-print, rare editions, or import-only sets — and our sourcing team will hunt it down and quote you a price, usually within 48 hours. Most titles are available within 5–7 days.
Are your collectibles official?
Yes. We carry officially licensed figures and statues, and every item goes through a selection process before it makes the shelf.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Account & Payment
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes tracking orders and re-ordering easier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Your connection is encrypted end-to-end and payments are handled by a trusted, PCI-compliant provider.
