Where we ship, how long it takes, and how to track your order.

We ship across the continental United States. If you are outside the continental US and would like to order, contact us before purchasing and we'll let you know whether we can deliver to your location.
02Processing Time
In-stock orders are typically picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
03Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. We use trusted carriers and pack every order carefully — books, box sets, and collectibles are protected to arrive in collector-grade condition.
04Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather, holidays, and remote addresses can add time.
05Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package to your door. If you created an account, tracking is also available in your order history.
06Sourced & Pre-Order Items
Items we source on request or that are released on a future date ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. We share an estimated timeframe with your quote or at checkout, and we keep you updated along the way.
07Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days at [email protected]. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
08Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
